By adding Fynex Music to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the bot from your server immediately.

2. Use of Service

Fynex Music provides high-quality audio streaming functionality. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

Exploiting the bot to bypass Discord's API rate limits.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the bot's server infrastructure.
Using the bot to stream copyright-protected material without authorization.

3. Availability and Disclaimers

The bot is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the bot will be completely error-free or run without interruption. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or due to network/VPS server issues.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fynex Music or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot services.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of Fynex Music following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
