1. Information We Collect

Fynex Music does not collect, store, or sell any personal identifying information of Discord users. To function correctly, the bot temporarily processes the following data:

Guild Data: Guild ID and configuration settings (e.g. volume, prefix, theme settings).
Voice State Data: Channel IDs to connect and stream music to the voice channel.
Dynamic Queue Data: Playlist queues and search queries. This data is kept in-memory and deleted immediately once the queue is finished or the bot leaves the channel.

2. Database Storage

We use a secure MongoDB database only to save persistent configurations such as custom reviews, ratings, and stats shown on the dashboard. Individual chat history, voice audio data, or member details are never stored.

3. Third-Party API Services

Fynex Music streams audio directly from third-party services like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music using their public APIs. We do not share any server-specific user data with these services.

4. Security

We are committed to securing guild configuration settings. Access to our database is strictly limited to authorized administrators and developers of Fynex Music.
